Fall Mini Album! What Fun......

Hi All;
Two days in a row I get to craft and post to my blog....and its even my 23rd Wedding Anniversary to my wonderful, hard working, and handsome husband....Oh my..I've said all those nice words...guess I have been married too long...just kiddin!
So today while wonderful Hubby is covering the corn bunk I have been busy crafting again! I've had these fall pics of the kids laying around and playing with the French Foliage stamp set...I thought a nice fall mini album would be fun to construct! These materials are not all Stampin Up, but a majority of it is! I used the Autumn Spice Designer Series Paper from Stampin Up for the base. All base cuts were made with the Big Shot Die Cutting System from Stampin Up...various dies were used! I used my Stampin Up "Spiral Border" punch...gives the look of a torn piece of notebook paper! The scarecrow pic included a frame of buttons from my button box....I love using buttons when possible! So on to the pictures, I don't want to go on and on...take a look and leave me a comment as to what you think of it!
Happy Sunday all,

French Foliage Birthday Card

Hi all; What a fabulous fall day here in Vermont! The air is crisp and the leaves here in the Valley are just beginning to turn into their magnificent splendor of color! I am blessed to be living where I do...As an artist I enjoy color everyday on paper! To live where the trees turn their majestic hues of red, orange, and yellow is an added bonus! So I thought I would use those colors and ideas for a fall themed birthday card! I used the splendid Stampin Up set labeled: French Foliage
One of the Sassy Scrappers (Samantha) ordered this set and has yet to receive it, so  thought I would show her a card she could dabble with when it arrives! Hope you like it Sam!

Stampin Up-Upline Meeting!

Hi all;
I've been waiting to post this pic after I had my meeting and swaps with my Stampin Up family....
We met last night and I got alot of fabulous punch ideas....My good friend Cathy drove 2 1/5 hours to attend the meeting with one of her downline! It was great seeing Cathy in person. I met Cathy in Utah at Stampin Up's main convention! Of course I forgot my camera, so I don't have pics of their fantastic projects...Boo Hoo....
But I do have a pic of my swap.....Its a tea bag holder....I loved the idea....
I needed a caldron so I devised my own with the ornament and scallop oval punch!
Well I am off to my job at school...I'd rather be crafting, but can't tend to that full time....
Have a great day everyone!

MIA for the past 10+ Days!

Sgt. Amanda L Fresn with daughter Abby
Hey, Sorry to all....I have been "missing in action" for the past 10 + days! Our daughter Amanda is getting ready for her deployment to Iraq! We are so proud of Amanda for her accomplishments since she has been with the Army National Guard.  Amanda works full time with the Guards and achieved the rank of Sgt. this past year!  I do have to say this job has been very good for her life....It has given her great focus.  It does have this one draw back of being called up to duty to serve our great country abroad during times of conflict. After meeting alot of her fellow guard members who will depart with her has given us a great sense that she is amongst the best second family she could possibly have! Wishing you Sgt. Amanda Fresn and the rest of the Witchdoctor Medivac Aviation Unit a speedy and safe year abroad! We love you!
